Is there a component/container that will flow flow out to edges of the screen? Everything in the UI toolkit seems to be fixed to the bounding box that I drag and set it to. Ideally this would be something that I could fix the wide and/or height to and the rest of the content would flow past it.

The use case is to avoid the gutter scroll bars and allow the page to grow in some dimension without having to specify it.
