Option to remove "Download CSV" button from tables

Currently every table displays a "Download CSV" button, which I would like to hide. I have curious users clicking this button, and I believe it also includes data in the CSV that I have hidden from the table, which is even more concerning. It would be great if I can just turn it off, and when I want to use it I can customize which properties from the SELECT query get included in the download.

Glad this is planned. I was going to submit it the idea. Taylor's mention of "curious users" is spot on (the bane of any developers life).
