The "menu" component is not very user friendly. Support for either a static fixed top navbar or even a side bar would be very welcome and assist with users navigating multi-page apps.

Having the ability to fix the navbar would also be very important, as data apps are often quite long.

We'll have maybe 15-20 pages in the project. Is the left-hand menu component we have above the only option for a menu? I'm hoping for something like a top nav bar that doesn't steal width from the charts and tables, but I couldn't see one.

Hello James Jackson and thank you for submitting your idea! We had some similar requests already and are reviewing the possibility of adding this component. In case the request changes the status, you'll be additionally notified via email.

Meanwhile, we always recommend using the default menu, that allows you to save some app space and for your users to quickly navigate between the pages of the app:
